What Is The Wheel of Health?
“The Wheel of Health: A New Approach to Healing”
As a doctor, I’ve spent years working with patients who have been struggling with illnesses for a long time and seeking a way to return to optimal health. My experience has led me to develop a model called the Wheel of Health, which I describe in my book, A New Way to Health: Wheel of Health.
The Wheel of Health is a holistic approach that recognizes eight essential categories of health: Mental, Dental, Gut, Adrenal, Environmental, Hormonal, Immune and Electromagnetic. By addressing all eight areas of the wheel in the correct order, we can help the body to heal itself and regain optimal health.
In the book, I discuss in detail how the Wheel of Health model works and how it has helped many of my patients who have suffered from chronic illness. Additionally, I talk about the importance of decreasing toxicity in the body, which is a factor in most chronic illnesses. I share my method for decreasing toxicity quickly, which can help many people on their path to recovery.
My book also discusses the topic of electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EMF sensitivity), which is becoming more prevalent as our world becomes more connected. By improving the health of the seven spokes of the wheel, we can also reduce a person’s risk of EMF sensitivity.
If you’re interested in learning more about The Wheel of Health and how it can help you or a loved one, I invite you to read my book, available on Amazon. It includes success stories from my patients, as well as practical guidance for applying The Wheel of Health model to your own life.
