What can be done when a person’s emotions are so on edge? When they can’t even talk about a topic that would be too emotional? The first thing would be not to talk about the topic. Because that would not go well.
But what can be done afterwards? Can we actually help a person be less emotional? We can help a person how to be less emotional.

From Agitated to Calm
The lady had a tough childhood. When I first saw her, she couldn’t even talk about it without getting agitated and turning away quickly . Her mother had a traumatic life which limited her parenting skills. There was drug use in her teenage years and a hospitalization for depression.
When she sweated, the sweat did not smell good. Things went worse after the death of a close relative. She started hearing the buzzing of the electricity around her. She had frequent headaches.
3 months and 4 visits afterwards, she was calm and collected. She talked about her emotions easily and was cutting down on her antidepressant medication.
Managing Strong Feelings
What changed between the first and fourth visit? Her underlying health issues were taken care of which improved her health. She had infections which affected her body, sensitive nerves, negative emotions which had stayed with her since childhood, chemicals in her system, and electrohypersensitivity which had worsened after the tragic death of a close relative.
Each of those issues were treated with herbal medications, internationally recognized therapies, Chinese medicine, detoxification procedure, and vitamins/EMF protection devices.
Those issues were significantly improved and it showed up in how she felt!
So there is a way of managing strong feelings. A person does not have to continue dealing with too strong emotions. If you or someone you know has too strong emotions, please know that there are ways of making that better.
