Anxiety can be caused by several things.  It is not just a mind thing.  It shows up in the mind and behavior but what is causing it?

It may be due to what’s passed from the family genes, or perhaps from prior life experience. It may be even from the environment.

Let’s read about a client whose anxiety went away by dealing with…the environment!

Case of Chemicals Causing Anxiety

The elderly gentleman was healthy most of his life but had recently had episodes of anxiety lasting up to several weeks.  It all started when he had an uncomfortable visit with his in-laws.  Their political values were the opposite of his. 

It got so bad that he had to leave their home earlier than he expected.  Now several times a year he would have these anxiety episodes.

He had a respiratory illness May  of last year which could have been Covid. He had an anxiety episode which lasted couple weeks several months ago.

When I examined him I determined that he was more aware of environmental chemicals than others and placed him on the correct supplements to help deal with that. He came and saw me one month later with NO further episodes of anxiety 

Why Anxiety Goes Down with Less Chemicals

 

Why did his anxiety go away?  Because in his body the environmental chemicals affected the signals in his brain.  Lowering the chemicals in his body made his brain work better.

How did I know that he was more aware of environmental chemicals?  He was more sensitive to smells than others. That told me he was sensitive to chemicals and my physical exam confirmed it.  One month later on just TWO additional supplements got rid of the anxiety which had been bothering him for the last YEAR

 

If you have more sensitivity to chemical smells such as gasoline or perfume I would suggest you deal with that.

Whether you hate the smell of chemicals or love the smell, if it causes a strong love/hate relationship then you have an issue with environmental chemicals.

Lowering your body of chemicals in your body will help your health.  It may help lower your anxiety or it may help with another health issue that’s been troubling you. Because everything in the body is connected and making the body work better is always good.
