Here's a question worth sitting with for a second: do treatments for pain have to hurt?

Most of us picture pain treatment as needles, injections, or a procedure with a hospital gown involved. But that's not the whole menu.

There are internationally recognized therapies that relieve pain without causing any pain in the process. There can be pain-free pain treatment solutions.

Sounds like a trick, right? A too-good-to-be-true health claim dressed up in nice language? Fair skepticism.

The honest answer is: it depends on the person, and what's actually going on underneath the symptoms. Let me show you what I mean with a real case from my practice.

Non Surgical Pain Relief

A middle-aged woman came to me after a back injury that affected several levels of her spine.

For two years, she'd been living with constant low-grade back pain — the kind that flares up when you least expect it — plus numbness running down the inside of her leg.

She'd already been to doctors. They'd recommended surgery. She wasn't ready to go there.

When she came to see me, I found that a major piece of her puzzle wasn't just structural — it was her nervous system.

So instead of needles, I used a laser to treat her back and the other areas that had been injured over the years.

By the end of that single visit, she felt a little better. Within a short time, her hip and leg pain eased and her strength picked up. The next day, her energy was noticeably better — enough that everyday chores felt manageable again. Her brain fog lifted for several days afterward.

New Approaches to Pain Relief

She'd just experienced nonsurgical pain relief.

Here's the science behind it: the nervous system runs through your entire body, so anywhere she'd been physically or emotionally injured needed attention, not just the "obvious" spot.

Nervous system treatment — also called neural therapy — is traditionally done with injections. But I've found that certain lasers work just as well, without breaking the skin and without causing pain. It is one of several new approaches to pain relief.

Her results were quick, though I'll be straight with you: how fast someone responds depends on the person and how many old injuries the nervous system is carrying.

She'll need several more treatments, plus some work on her underlying health, to help her body build lasting strength and resilience.

Is This You?

Neural therapy tends to work especially well for people who:

  •       Feel other people's emotions strongly — the empaths of the world
  •       Feel noticeably better outdoors than in crowded, appliance-filled indoor spaces
  •       Have experienced  a lot of physical and/or emotional injuries over a lifetime

If that sounds like you, or someone you love, there's a good chance “pain free pain treatment solutions” are within reach.
